Batista Properties’ luxury homes are part of a generational legacy. Nelson Batista's parents came to Canada in the 1970s in order to create a better life for their kids. Nelson and his sister Darlene grew up with two home experts: mom, Maria, was a housekeeper for years, and dad, Dinis, was a handyman, carpenter and jack-of-all-trades who built and renovated houses.
